My journey began as an immigrant determined to build a new life in the U.S., and today I’m proud to represent the Koenenn Group with Compass, the #1 luxury brokerage in the country. Along the Emerald Coast, from 30A to Rosemary Beach, I bring not only local expertise but also a personal touch that makes the experience memorable.

I love connecting with people, and that’s why I’ve always loved learning different languages. Today I’m fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, which allows me to build genuine relationships with people from all backgrounds and make sure every client feels understood and supported.

Music has always been part of who I am. I play guitar, and I believe the same rhythm and creativity that drive music also shape the way I approach real estate. For me, it’s about listening first, then creating something that feels right for the people I work with.

Family is my biggest inspiration. I’m the proud father of my daughter, Briella Jade, and she reminds me every day that a home is so much more than walls and square footage. It’s where memories are made. That’s why I take the time to truly understand my clients’ needs and dreams, making sure they feel supported and cared for throughout the process.

I also bring years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling through my company Refined Home Improvements. That background gives me the ability to see not just what a property is, but what it can become. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, I guide you with both vision and practicality.
